I have similar problem with my lexus IS 250 from 2007. I moved my car from my garage to driveway to get it washed with pressure washer. The car was washed outside without touching engine compartment. I tried to start the engine after the car was washed. The engine cranked just once after pressing the start button. After that the engine wasn't cranking. at all. After waiting for few hours the engine cranks again only once.
.Check VSC is displayed. My car mechanic connected diagnostic equipment and U0105 code was displayed. That means the car does not communicate with driver injector module. So I order this part from the internet. When it came I replaced it and have the same problem. Does anyone know what causes this problem?

 

Try unplugging your fuel pressure sensor and see if the car will start it might take a time or 2 for it to start

 

It's your cold crank/start injector most likely. I had the same problem with my 2007 is250. I had a new fuel pump installed but it still wouldn't start. Finally had it towed to a mechanic that specialized in Lexus. They replaced the cold start injector and it has run perfect and started perfectly ever since.
