Default Tpms saved me from a flat!

5 days ago my tpms light came on so I put air in all my tires (35 psi in fronts and 38 psi in the rears). 2 days later my tpms light came on again so I measured all four tires psi levels. All tires were holding it's psi levels except the right rear tire. The psi level dropped down to 22 psi in the matter of 2 days!

So today since I took the day off I drove to my local discount tires and they discovered that my tire had a big nail lodged into it. I'm glad I didn't go to work today because it's a total of 80 mile commute. I love this tpms sensor and discount tires for repairing it for free!

I lucked out, I haven't programmed my summer wheels TPMS to the car yet, but after I ran over a construction staple, I could faintly hear a hissing sound. Was able to keep the tire inflated until I got it repaired.

It has yet to save me. But I don't blame it, I blame the nails.
