Push start and non-working door locks

I'm wondering if anyone else has had an issue starting their GS/IS with the FOB. I have a 3rd Gen and the battery is good but door locks don't work and when I push the start button.....nothing. Lights inside work but door locks and trunk release don't plus it won't start. I noticed the brake pedal also does not have any play when pressing to start. Anyone else have this issue and a solution?

Have you tried it with another fob? The brake issue is because by you depressing the brake pedal multiple times, you have drawn the brake booster. Once the engine starts it will build up again.
