It's intermittent. But, sometimes I press the start button and it fails to start and have to hit it again. I thought it was supposed to crank until it starts. There doesn't seem to be a pattern (cold, warm, etc.). It happens maybe 1 out of 10 times. Anyone else see this?

 

happened to me a couple of times too. i think i wasn't pressing on the brake pedal hard enough. when i try it again it starts right away.

 

Never had this issue before. I normally depress the brake and wait for the green light to come on for 2 seconds then hit the Start button. Maybe you depress the brake and Start at the same time?

 

yea if you don't hold down the brake long enough after pushing start it won't start. this happened to me a few times when i'm in a rush.

HA! You guys think that's bad...sometimes I get in the car in a big hurry and push the start button w/o my foot on the brake. I then think to myself WTF? Why isn't my car starting?....a minute later I finally catch on...duh, my foot is not on the brake. It's happen to me a few times now...
