Default What is this called?

Can anyone tell me the name and part number on the picture provided?

Also, roughly the cost to buy another.

Thanks again.

I was referring to the plastic thing on top of that. Looks like a plastic protector for the door sills. Don't know the name to even search or ask if they carry it.

I got pretty bad scratches and I was thinking to replace it.

Is there anywhere I can buy this or is going to the dealer my last resort?

I see. Thank you to you both. I thought they were separate piece.

Well, thats a bummer, cause I have the f-sport (non illuminated) thats not damaged. I just needed that top plastic to be replaced

No idea what I'm going to do now. -.-

I suppose. But knowing that it's there bothers me. I never step there but someone decided to start my car.... (Person is banned). I guess maybe another would say... time to upgrade to illuminated one.

If I were to purchase the Illuminated Door Sill Set - White, is it easy for a girl to do it without any complication? Plug and play? Do I have to do any wiring to attach the led?

If its just on the surface and they are black, black shoe polish will clean them up like new.

It looks like the illuminated door sills are only plug and play only if you have lux pack or sport pack, I purchased my 09 used, how can find out what package I have? It's got nav, auto, rear hvac 18", HID.

I think the illuminated sills are plug & play on 08s and up. I have a base 08 250 (no options at all) and the wiring was there so all I had to do was plug in. If you do a search I know theres a thread somewhere that'll confirm years that have the wiring there

I'd had a few scratches and scuff marks over the months. Using Armor All protecting wipes work well there (but only use it on plastic!).

My 2010 was plug n play. You remove the old one and the plug is literally looking right at you lol

I will definitely try the Armor wipes. I hope it works. Ty

But in case it doesn't...

@iRyan Ty
I have a 2013 IS250 F-Sport. Can anyone confirm that the plug will be there for my car?

Because on Sewell, the description says "2010-2013 IS models are not plug and play (inc 2008 IS-F)" So I'm confused.
