Default tpms issue

hello good day,
I have aftermarket rims from someone who owned an is250 which contained tpms sensors , how ever I tried checking weather it worked buy deflating the tire and the light on the dash didn't came on at all, can anyone assist me in having the system functional , how do I have the car learn the sensors?

That's interesting because the light would be on all the time if the sensors weren't programmed.

You don't happen to have your original TPMS sensors in your spare tire or something do you?

Not true if he any where near his oem wheel it will read those. There fore light will stay off until he take along drive then it will flash low pressure. To the OP you'll need it reprogram to your car as a second set of wheels.

It's normal. the reason i said it cause your car didn't pairing with his TPMS yes, you have to visit tire shop and set new TPMS as 2nd pair. If you put it on and drive it, the light won't come on right away but it will show up after 50 miles. Discount ire could reprogram your TPMS for $50 or free if you service with them.
Hope this clear out your confuse

I do have the original set of tires with the tpms , but its about 20m away from the car, I have been driving with these new set of rims for the past 8months and the light never came on , its on out of curiosity I deflated the tire and it also never recognised it. i'll try deflating one of the original tire n see if that works on turning on the warning light, apparently it doesn't turn it on either , I guess my car didn't came with this feature.
