both ballast are bad
hey CL i need your help. both of my ballast are bad due to buying ddmtuning bulbs. now i need to replace them but dont know how. does anyone have a diy? should i go to a professional place, and do you have any idea of the cost?

What year is the car?
IFRC The 06-07 had the ballast as part of the headlight housing... as in you're not getting it off.
If thats the case I would suggest getting the "loaded" 2011+ headlight retrofits from Sewell... plug n' play

On 2006-2010 models the ballast bulb connector cannot fit past the AFS motor and so cannot be removed without disassembly. You can either bake the headlight and open it up to get the ballast out or remove the bulb connector on the ballast so get it past the AFS motor. There are videos on YouTube showing how to perform these tasks.
On 2011-13 models there is no AFS and so the ballast is easily replaced.
Either way you will need to remove the bumper to get the headlights out.
