Default IS350 Low beam completely not working, please help!

Hi everyone, so this is the issue I ran into. I just bought this car last week and right away I realized that the left low beam was out. First of all, the car came equipped with after-market HID conversion kit. The previous owner had a couple extra bulbs so I tried to change out the bulb but nothing changed, tried to switch the ballasts to see if the left ballast was the problem, nothing either. Even worse, after switching the ballasts back to their original side, now both low beams were out. Didn't bother switching the right bulb coz I thought I just somehow(no idea how) screwed up the right ballast, too. Therefore, I order a couple "premium" ballasts online from where the HID conversion kit was originally purchased. Package came in yesterday, changed both ballasts and tried it with the extra bulbs(in case the left bulb was burnt out), still no light. Great, all I need is more frustration. Figured out I'd just switch it back to regular halogen bulbs so I went and bought a set of H11 bulbs, tried it on the left side, STILL no light. So I seriously don't know what else I can do at this point other than having it looked at at a mechanic shop. I'm not really a car guy so I don't know much about the mechanical stuff, but logically speaking I really don't know where I screwed up other than maybe not unplugging the battery. Hopefully someone can help me out here, so I can save some money at the mechanics. Any insight is appreciated, sorry for the essay.

I had that issue with my fogs and realized it was a bad ballast and connection wire that kept blowing the fuses and when I finally realized it wasn't the fuse it was the ballast and wired
