It's a PITA to get out, but there's a way to replace your ballast without cutting up or messing up your headlights... There's a video on how to do it... I will see if I can find it and post it

Where you able to find the video?
I bought the ballasts. Just going through the easiest option to remove and install it.

I just went thru this same process 3 weeks ago. I actually purchase a ballast off ebay. The custom led light shop only replace my prong since I told them the aftermarket bulb fried it.

Word of advice to everyone don't put those cheap led lights in your car. A 12 dollar bulb cost me over 450 dollars in the end.

I just replaced mine last week and it really isn't that bad to do. You have to take the bumper off then take the headlight out. Like previously stated you can remove the ballast wires without taking apart the headlight. At the end of the wire is a silver shield that has to be removed, than take apart the black casing and pull the connectors out.
