I've confirmed the passenger side headlight ballast is bad on our '08 IS250 after swapping bulbs. Disassembled the bumper and got the light out this morning.
However, removal instructions say there are 3 screws to remove the box below the ballast to get the connector out. I only see 2 screws though. What am I missing?

It looks like you already have the ballast out and just need to remove the connector to the bulb? i just dealt with this last spring to change my ballast. I believe you need to disassemble the connector of the ballast and pull it out through the bottom or take off the lens to get the connector out. I ended up just cutting my connector since i got a new one and disassembled the connector and threaded it through. A member on here made a video that i followed to take the connector apart. Its pretty easy just be careful to to crack the plastic.
