Default TPMS for $25??

I'm looking to buy 4 new TPMS for my new set of rims.. ebay have this for $25 each.. is so cheap to be true?? or 4 used oem tpms for $90..(part # PMV 107J)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-TPMS-Tire-Pressure-Sensor-PVM-107J-Toyota-Lexus-Scion-/161006338742?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3AIS350&hash=item257cb9c2b6&vxp=mtr

Rims will be purchase from discount tire.. anyone know if their tpms will work and able to program 2 set of tpms instead of deleting the current one and replace new one in?

Yeah sounds about right. I see sets of TPMS sensors go for around $90-100 in the classifieds all the time.

If I were to buy from Sewell, do I still need to program as a second set?

Anything you buy will need to be relearned to the ECU. I wouldn’t buy from the dealer. The Rock Auto Denso sensor is the same as OEM
