Suddenly I started having issues with my bulb. They've been installed for 5-6months and all of a sudden my passenger side headlight would flicker and shut off after about 10-15 seconds of being on. I tore everything apart and found my bulb looking like the picture. I had to buy a new OEM ballast and swap it out because the harness part was melted as well... pretty much burnt away. Has this happened to anyone else? Im using a new oem ballast and my oem 4300k bulbs and haven't had a single problem yet.

 

I've had mine installed for a couple of months and curious about if people are experiencing this problem. A new ballast can be costly...

 

Luckily, I bought one on ebay for $55 shipped... swapped it out and good to go, but still... thats $50
