ok just take out the screen and go on ebay and type in the number on the back, Toshiba is the maker of your LCD and LTA070B511F should be that number, there are 3 or 4 sellers on ebay that have it for around 200, make sure you get the lcd and touch screen together. look up item number 140894365760. i got 3 screens from him and all worked great, it was a 3 week wait but well worth the wait.. Good luck.

Thanks for that but my problem was not just the LCD. I replaced my frozen LCD and the touching works again. But the whole system still shuts off regularly
Couple of questions about the screen installation process.. there is a 4 pin wire that connects from the digitizer/LCD screen to the main board. Did that wire get pulled to hard? In my case i pulled it too hard and caused the wires to get lose from the head connector, luckily i remembered the color sequence on every wire and was able to get them back in place.
Another thing i would suggest you try is to get the navigation to boot with out the system/MAP dvd and see what happens. When i was fixing my screen and took out the maps dvd, i noticed it was extremely dirty (2006 maps dvd) so i downloaded a more up to date version of the maps from a torrent and burned it to a dvd. Don't think this is related but it's worth a try.
