Whats up people...

Well, i have another question for you guys which im sure you get a lot. First off i will say that i did look around in here and many other places on how to exchange this bulb... but for some reason i see replacements, explanations, etc but no clear explanation...

Im not even sure what this light is called... Parking Light... City Light... DRL...

Basically, i bought some LED replacements to match my 6k HID lights and fogs..

Can ANYONE guide me on how to reach those damn things? It would be greatly appreciated.

the same way you would change your high beams. let see if i can find a picture.

Is this what you are talking about ? If so its the same procedure as changing your high beams but you replace the little bulb wedged on the top.

 

It is mounted in an extension tube which allows it to reach into the light assembly. You will see it when you access the high beam lights (as mentioned above). It is a twist and pull removal and the bulb is in the end.

 

If you look closely from the front of the car, you will see tiny little bulb beside the DRL/Hibeam
That's your parking/city lights...(NOT DRL)
Just pop the hood, take off the engine bay covers, take out airbox for passenger side and windshield fluid tube for driver side, open up the DRL/Hibeam cover...and take out the SMALLER bulb by turning it first to unlock
Then pull the BULB off (note, just pull off the bulb, not the black plastic bulb holder)
Plug in the led's....also, some led's don't "click" in so they're not stable..may come loose through bumps and stuff, so you MAY need to use electrical tape and wrap it in place

 

you can follow the HID install DIY. thats what i did.
