Why does JPN have nicer mods???
Halo belong on bimmer and trd badge belong on real cars with Toyota badges not on Lexus. Mods are what your mind creates and how much your willing to spends. It not limited to where you live.

Reason why they have better mods is because cars over there cost a lot more than the US. So for a person to own a Lexus there means they have serious money and with that money equals more mods then just having a set wheels and springs.
I have a relative over in Asia who drives a rx350 and he paid a little over $120k for it.....

Most of those mods are things you do yourself. I've also seen as nice, if not nicer, modded 2ISs here on CL in compare to that black IS you posted.
The mass majority of sweet JDM things are available over here in the US by suppliers... But you gotta pay to play. Sometimes you just have to suck up that shipping costs as much as the damn bumper/lip/ect. that you're buying. It's what takes your car from ordinary to extraordinary.
