Why does JPN have nicer mods???
Most of those things you can get. They have all that because it's produced there and demand isnt high enough for them to market it and bring it all here. That's the thrill of jdm parts, you have to find it and get it here. And quite a few examples you posted are in America and on the forums even, or you can buy and install them (the lighting mods shown).
that, and i respectfully beg to differ if that black IS is a "beauty". it's almost functionally useless given that stance in the pics.

Angel eyes and CCFL halos in the headlights are custom, and can be done on your own. They are retrofitted into the OEM housings after taking them apart.
The LED door sill array can be custom made here as well.
CF overlay for the steering wheel.
Get a decal shop to cut you the "Racing Development TRD" decal, done.
Mirrors are tacky, they don't really match anything on the IS.
That roof spoiler is nice though, I'd get that brought over from Japan if I wanted to change all the badging on my Lexus to Toyota, but that's not gonna happen. Same with the red push button start. It's nice, but I wouldn't get it if that was going to be the only red accent in the interior.
