Default Dash warning lights help.

Trying to troobleshoot my daughters 2006 IS 300 that at random times while driving the following lights/indicators come on and stay on until the car is shut off, when it is started back up they ared clear. The lights are , slip indicator, master warning light, abs warning light, brake system warning light, and the check VSC message.
I was going to hook up my ultra gauge I have in a different vehicle and read the codes but I'm not sure if they would be cleared when the car is shut off or they would be recorded since they clear themselves on the power cycle.
Any ideas what would be causing this problem?
Thanks

That's quite obviously not normal. I would just bring it into a dealer to have it checked out. And take a picture of all the lights since it seems to reset every time you turn the car off.

do you have any thing tapped directly to the battery such as a wire harness or subs or anything?

Nothing attached to battery.

The oi was changed today and the dealer said the battery was down in voltage. It starts fine and charges (I checked with meter), I'm wondering if that could be causing it.

if your diagnostic equipment can read codes in history, they're probably still there.
