Default Changing puddle lights

Does anyone know a easier way to change the puddle light other then detaching the glass mirror?

That's not the only way. There a way you can pry the 2 pieces of the mirror apart and change it too. I'll try and find the write up....

EDIT: Here's the thread, but the pics don't seem to be working...

I still need help on my 09+ sides lol. The mirror is supposed to be a little different by having a tab behind it? I don't want to break it :s

The mirror is super easy to remove after you do it the first time. It feels like it's going to break but if you pull up while it's tilted, it will be fine

Hard part is getting the mirror to snap back in without breaking it. Just be super careful, using a towel or something to dissipate the pressure may help

No that not only those ways, dont have to take any mirrors out, just tilted each corner and using Phillip small head to unscrew them there are 4 each mirror. After u taken all the screws out just slightly using a bit pressure to open the puddle. Do not open them too wide, only need to get the puddle light loosen then u r good to replace to LED. hope that help. ISF is the same thing but only different is taken the plastic cover in the back out completely.
