If you do a simple search, you'll find all the answers to your questions. Most of your questions deal with personal preference. Just do a search and you'll find many pictures of cars with various body kits and rims.
By performance, what are you referring too? If you lower your car it should not hurt performance.
Good luck with your mods.

the lower you go it will ad more hp. since ur wheel touch the ground harder??? haha im jk i cant help myself.
go to the performance section. for exhaust intake and headers. :just about the only thing for our cars;
for ride height and handling look at an f sport rear sway bar and f sport springs vs coilovers.

Lowering your car will change its handling.
That doesn't mean it will improve it however (and there's certainly a thing as too low)
And it'll also change your ride quality
(how much it does either depends on how low, and what you use to lower it)
Changing to lighter wheels can improve performance across the board, but is usually a lot more expensive than buying cheap, heavy, replica wheels.
