I have a 2008 IS 250 AWD. My rear view mirror vibrates, what can I do to fix this? I did a search and couldn't find many solutions. Thanks!

mine does the same thing, I heard there is a recall on it and the dealer will replace it under warr.

yeah, the TSIB swaps the mirror for the one from the IS convertible which is mounted a lot more firmly. Free fix under 4 yr/50k warranty. $900 part outside of warranty.
