Hi,

I recently purchased an 93 GS300, the passenger rear window will not roll up, but it will roll down if I was using the switch that is on the door. But from the driver master switch it doesn't roll up or down. What could be the problem? Is there a fuse for it? any help would be appreciate it, cause I live in OR and it's going to rain soon

Im having a similar problem right now (new switch ordered from a clublexus member, you guys are FAST!!) Anyway, is the switch itself not lifting up to allow the window to roll up? That is the situation with mine, I believe the spring in it was displaced and got caught, jamming it so i couldnt lift the switch up enough to depress the window retract button. This happens every now and then.

No matter... go to classifieds and for about $50 you should be able to get a used but working switch assembly.

 

well I don't think is the switch now, because I tried the switch from my front passenger to the rear passenger and it still won't work. The rear driver window won't go up/down with the switch on the door but it'll go up/down no problem with the master switch on the driver side.
