It can mean literally anything- it comes on anytime there's a check engine light.

Check your gas cap, see if it's tight. If it isn't, that's it.

If that's not it you'll need to get the codes pulled (autozone type places usually do this free)

I had the same issue and it was an O2 sensor issue. It's not covered under warranty, get it fixed outside of Lexus dealership.

There are two front and two rear sensors. Which ones failed?

I just am not impressed with the Lexus. Yesterday, I am sitting at the light and the car starts shuddering & VSC warning light comes on. I had the injectors cleaned under warranty about 5k ago and of course now the car is not under warranty. I wound up pulling over and shutting the car down. Turned it back on and the light went off. I am still on eggshells as I drive. I put in some STP injector cleaner and so far, it is OK.

Just dreading the warning light coming on again.

Sounds like the carbon build up issue, there's a very very very long thread on it, including the most current solution from Lexus.

It probably is and as stated, the carbon cleanup was done less than 10k ago. There is just something wrong that our cars continue throw up codes and have these issues.

You said your injectors were cleaned... this has nothing to do with the carbon issue.

The part that has the carbon buildup never gets touched by fuel... (which is why it happens to the 250s only- on 350s the port injectors flush that area with fuel and keep it clean)
