I have 16.5k miles on the car so it time to replace now. I was thinking about the F air filter but then I just got K&N from azon for $37.5 today. It just b/c I already have the K&N oil cleaning kit from my other honda. Oh well if the F cold air intake make the car more powerful & feel the hp difference then I would go for it next time

You are 100% wrong. I bought a K&N air filter for my IS250AWD - it increased my mpg to 45.2 mpg. Not only that but I put it on a dyno and it showed my car to put out 415 hp!!

Sticking the K&N decal on the airbox gives you more 5 HP and 2.5 more MPGs.
If K&N filters increased MPGs,all new vehicles would have one installed.
The CAFE is tough to meet for auto manufacturers.They would jump on a K&N if it produced more mileage.
