PCS (PRECRASH SYSTEM) or (PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM)
HI ... recently I have a problem on my LEXUS IS 250 ... a PCS light indicator appear on my meter cluster , and it cannot be reset ... I'd try send to few workshop but still cant fix it ... for all senior out there , any help or advise for me ??? thank'ss ....
That's not likely to help, as the PCS system is sensing for an impending crash (at which point it tightens the seat belt and preps the brake assist) all the time, even with cruise control turned off.
The sensor for the PCS is behind the large "L" logo on the front grill. You may want to check that the connector wasn't dislodged, or the wiring somehow damaged.

I'd try to change another infrared radar that place behind the L logo it's still the same ... even lexus dealership cant fix the problem also ... as they say this model (lexus is 250) was so many unsolved problem, I mean in Malaysia ... maybe is some wiring problem, I will try to find out ... Anyway, thanks for all your comment...
