Post Multimedia system reboot

Hello,
I''m searched all forums, but i cant find any answers about this problem. So i have lexus is300h, year 2013. Multimedia system is without navigation and other stuff.
So about problem. It's reboots/reloads all time and not working. loading all time, even USB not working. maybe someone can help?
