Default front dome lighting mod question.

got this kind of front dome 2010 IS250 rwd moonroof and no nav, how many front dome lights should i order from vleds. cause the guides i see all have the same 1 full dome with dial for the moonroof. Cause others told me that my front dome looks different, just want to check if anybody in here have the same front dome as i do and did the interior light mod already, thanks guys.

Yeahhhh my '09 front dome doesn't look like that, but mine has 3. I would guess there's 2 in each side for you? Owner's manual might have it.

Did you get my PM? If you want to be 100% sure just pop the lens off and see how many bulbs are behind it.

under the lens you will need the 194/168 (t10) type.
one socket/bulb per lens.

the 4LED thats lit in the picture you took, you can't replace those.

ive tried taking it off, but its not easy to take off, it seems the plastic fasteners will not move and there is like another fastener from the inside, along the edges
im afraid to force it out as it might break. same goes at the back the fasteners doesnt come out easily, i dont know if it has something to do with the safety connect button.

2 bulbs are needed (one on each side under the plastic lens).

^ Have you tried removing the whole front dome assembly instead of just the plastic covers? All you do is flip down the sunglasses holder, remove the two screws hidden inside there, and then pull down on the plastic. That's how it is '06-'09 at least.

You should be able to tell how many bulbs are in there my just looking too I'd think.
