My 2006 has a white clock, but the compass in the rearview mirror is green. I'm not sure why they did that, as my friend's 2006 Avalon has a white display in his rearview that would have matched perfectly.

For reference if anyone wants to go either way:

81950-53110 - 07-08 White Display (with Nav, has 2 holes in clock lens)
81950-53120 - 07-08 White Display (without Nav, no holes in clock lens)
81950-53230 - 09-11 Green Display (with Nav, has 2 holes in clock lens)
81950-53150 - 09-11 Green Display (without Nav, no holes in clock lens)

Hope that helps in case anyone was considering it.

Jeff

Another difference I noticed when I got a newer model IS for a loaner was the sunroof controls. My 06 has a dial control. It has multiple increments you can set it too, I like it. And the side view mirrors are shorter than mine, mine are huge.

Really? I never cared much for the dial controls. I mean they work okay I guess, but I'm not much for the way they look, plus the newer button-style are simpler.

Doesn't matter anymore though, since my 2011 is sans-sunroof. I have so much headroom, I don't even know what to do with it, haha.
