i've noticed some mixed pics of the ISx50 interiors
and being as picky as i am about the green lights in the interior
some pics show the digital clock in the center console as being white instead of green! which is something i'd prefer!

i've only seen green digital clocks on the IS
does anyone actually have a white digital clock like the pic below?
if so, which year and model of the IS do you have?
i've also asked 2slow, the person who mods the LEDs on the center console as i saw his clock being white as well.. but he points out that it may just be the camera capturing the wrong color

oh! i was thinking along those lines
but i was also thinking to myself.. "nahhh they wouldn't fall back onto the 90s style clocks on the newer models"
i guess i was wrong about them.......

and i kinda guessed it would be different year models as well as the temperature buttons are different on the two pics

sigh.. the green clock really turns me off

 

Yup, I have an '06 with the white clock. I love it.

not just the pre 09 models getting all the white clock love!

i guess there's no way to swap out the clock right..?
since i guess it's "part" of the center console?

'07 is 250. no nav, white clock.

 

'08 IS350 with Nav. White clock.

 

How about finding a way to cover it up completely? Has anyone tried seeing if that plastic piece around the clock and passenger airbag light pops out without having to yank out the whole center stack? I would love to be able to vinyl wrap the whole piece and just have the e-flasher button there. It would look so much cleaner.

 

I want the white digital clock =( I hate the green so much.

 

Green is easier on the eyes to see

Either or, I like both colors.
