Default Wrong terminals while jump starting..PLZ help

Hi All, my car ( 07 IS 350) batteries went dead and while jump starting it I screwed up the positive negative terminals. So i tried the whole thing with new jumper cables (the 1st melted).
Now, while it is getting boosted the NAV, HEADLIGHTS, BLUETOOTH and RADIO all work but cannot start the car.

Read some posts and tried to start with the FOB close to the start button but it wouldnt start.

Someone told me it could be the FUSE , so i opened the fuse box (Compartment A) but which one will blow up in this scenario or do i have to check all of em.

Please Help!

Thanks

Are you getting a green light on your start button when you step on the brake?

Theres a compartment right infront of the battery with a fusible link in there, if you connected them wrong, i'm 90% sure you blew it...

How could you connect to the wrong terminals? Aren't they marked + and - or red and black?

Your battery is probably damaged and you will need a new one. Theres probably just enough volts to turn on the radio / lights, but not enough to start it. I would first start out using a volt meter, check voltage on battery, 12V and under and your batt is no good. Use ohmeter setting and check each fuse (main, start, etc) for continuity and replace those that need replacing.

Fusible Link? Per the manual that compartment has 26/27 fuses which are linked to different circuits, so do you mean all of em of is there one master fusible link

It's a fusible link block, We have had a few 2IS owners come in on a tow truck because they did the same mistake. They replace that block which is listed at $134.65 Part Number - 82620-30170 and from what i know, the car is good to go. I would take it to the nearest Lexus dealership or if not, call a mechanic who knows exactly what he's doing...

IS there a way i can check if the Fusible block is blown or is it a better idea to get that done by someone who knows more about thsi stuff?
and
No point checking the other fuses if my Block itself is blown right?

Eitherways man thanks a lot.

check all your fuses. with something like that you never know what could have happened. if it was a fuse block, be grateful. you could be in a lot more trouble then that.
