my bad, got those confused by not reading thoroughly. Yeah garax use the mercury free phillips burners. So Quality-Wise, yes they're close

Does your car have factory HIDs or do you have an aftermarket HID kit installed?

Stock HIDs..... what would be the best solution to get to replace these bulbs...

Before you purchase anything I would find out exactly what is causing the problem. Swap your bulbs left to right to see if the bulb is actually the culprit.

unless your 2is is out of factory warranty range, i don't see why your local lexus dealership/service center won't take a look at your 2is.

not that swapping the oem D4S bulbs from side to side are difficult, but any DIY can be daunting first time out... just saying.
