yes, its been a attempted but nothing has come of it. the discount tire IS drift car has a swap, but nothing inside the car works. But one thing to take into account is the fact that they have a LS6 in it.

on a serious note.
replacing everything from the 350 will work dont you guys think?
rear diff
axle
ecu
engine
gearbox?

and for the VDIM questions
how about using a GS350 spec ecu?
AFAIK gs350 does not have vdim?

if you're looking to replace everything from the is350 into an is250, why not just trade up to an is350?

i think the point that it's not cost effective has been made several times in here.

now, if you're getting all those parts for free, and you're doing the labor yourself, then it just comes down to how mechanically capable you are and how much sanity you have to attempt this.

No.. At the time I got my 250 thats all i could afford. Was seeing if it was a simple swap but obivously it is not. Thanks for the input.

Thats right it will be released eventually but the difference between 250 and the 350 is around 30 to 35 large
