Dealership won't be able to help with this.

My TPMS sensors don't fit in my Volks, so I put them in my spare tire. However, if you can find a way to secure the sensors to the wheel barrel, it will work just fine. Other members might have different ideas.

^^^ They made 'em for iForged wheels, I think. Not sure if they would work on Volks.

You mean this? I have them on my Lexion wheels (made by Rays). I've had them for a couple of years now.

those are universal... you definitely can use them
iForged will drill the same size for a common valve stem... thus making it usable on multiple wheels

Does the TPMS just slide in there? How is it secured? I've seen this on fleabay for $40 shipped.

iForged makes these for most brands of aftermarket wheels.

As you can see, the TPMS is held by the adapter and will be totally pressurized inside the tire. It doesn't just slide in there. It is held securely by the sleeve that screws on to the valve. You will have to mention this setup to whoever works on your tire so that they at least know not to mess anything up in there while removing the tire. Better safe than sorry.

Shouldn't the dealer that you bought those rims from have pre-drilled it for you?

Thanks flipsonic for the explanation.

I doubt mackin will pre-drill any holes on any volks. Basically its the consumer that has to make them work for their cars.

call iforged.. tell them what wheels you want an adapter for and they'll be happy to help you decide which one is appropriate for your wheel setup
