Does lexus have a glass break detector that they can install on the is250?
Or maybe a more sensitive alarm?

I got a upgraded module on my is that includes a glass breakge sensor and a tilt sensor. Runs around 350+$ from Lexus Sub contractors who install there Mobile Trace. Works with the factory remote .

i did some research, i think you can get an audio store to install a Viper 506T (Audio Glass Break Sensor). This is only if them know how to tap into the OEM Security. I called an audio store in my area, and they said they know how to do it but they wanted 420 bucks to do it. So i said no.

 

isn't it already part of the oem security system?

 

nope, the oem security is only the doors and hood

 

its funny that my gen3 v6 camry had this feature stock...and my IS doesn't

 

i know 30K+ car, but no glass break sensor.
