Just do what the owner's manual states. I believe it's oil and filter, brake fluid, air filter and cabin air filter. Don't get suckered into addition service the dealer wants you to do.
As for TSIB, if you are experiencing the problem, go for it.
yea the air filters are seriously 5 mins. IMO nothing should be done at the dealer for the 30k besides the brake fluid, everything else can be changed at home for much cheaper
When you take out the filter, does your AC need to be set to recirc or external? On one of my other cars if you tried to pull out the filter without setting the AC to recric, you'd end up snapping some plastic retainers.

Yes, it needs to be set at recirc or your will break it.
Thanks, I have about 37K on my car now so do you think it will be ok to just change the brake fluid at 40K Service? The car feels fine right now.
Honestly, many people go way, way, way too long without changing brake fluid, so even doing it at 40k will put you ahead of many.
Thing is, brake fluid gets water in it over time, which significantly lowers the boiling point of the brake fluid... the brakes will feel "fine" under normal conditions, because the whole brake system isn't hot...but if you suddenly find yourself in the mountains, or having to make a couple of panic stops, not so much...so changing every 2 years is a pretty good guideline for keeping it in spec... but going a little longer as you have won't kill you in normal driving or anything. Like I said many people ignore the change brake fluid recommendation entirely, and just get lucky enough to not need to heat their brakes up much.

Thanks Kurtz. I have some peace of mind now and I will still be changing out the brake fluid at 40k anyways.
