is your car lowered or stock height? I have mine on KW3's and fsport sways. I installed mine yesterday and not as many vibrations on the wheel. I don't think it's suppose to make a BIG difference but it was noticeable.

My car is stock, i live in nyc no way i will lower my car, you can lose your bumper on the road.
But i want my steering wheel feel like bmw 3 series, without lowering my car i think there is no way for it

Sounds like something may be unplugged.

I plugged in both connectors and the ground wire. What else is there? This is not cool...

Sorry Sconnie, we don't have installation instructions for the steering damper. But you could look at the YouTube video that does touch on our installation method for the damper. As for the TSiB you referred to by email to us, can't say we're familiar. Can you forward us the TSiB your referring?

This has both the TSB number and part number. It sounds like a common problem and maybe my plugging and unplugging didn't help...

My IS350 jas not been lowered, nor did I have any vibration in the steering wheel. I installed the damper 2 months ago and do not notice any difference (I could remove it to see if there is a difference I do not notice, but am too lazy).

You may want to check that you didn't disconnect any of the individual wires internally from the connectors. I remember those being a tight fit and you may have pulled something loose.

Installed mine tonight, and wow what a difference. I was a little skepticle but the damper really soaks up the bumps and hardly any is felt through the steering wheel.
