Yellow HIDs always has a hint of green. Most of the time you will see this when the fog light is just turned on. If you want a dead on yellow hue, you should just stick to halogen bulbs.

Also, hid bulbs work by heating up the chemical inside the bulbs.. And once the salts is hot and up, the bulb will be bright and the be the color its suppose to be.

Our film is a 17 mil thick vinyl, which is twice as thick as your standard clear bra... You'll get good protection with ours.

my bulbs aren't coated yellow and they're fackin yellow! lol and it illuminates green when you first fire them up. then you gotta let them warm up to the right temp. certain angles it's not as yellow as other angles. i actually kinda hate mine because it's like some "ricer" with yellow fogs blinding everyone on the other side of the road.. I've adjusted and adjusted to even the lowest setting on the fog and its still bright as hell.. i think its just the housing of the fogs gives off tooo much light output? what do you guys think? cause i notice the blinding glare i have on stock IS's that drive by in front of me on the other side of the street

Well since our fogs are not projector the beam is spread unevenly. It seems to be amplified if HID are installed. Ive been driving with these fogs for about 2 weeks without adjustment and no one has yet to high beam me so far

No problem, glad I could help. The only reason for aerotect over Rvinyl is mainly because of their reputation here on CL and as a vendor so I felt I'll get a more quality product. As far as the lows and parking lights, the lows are Garax 8000k bulbs, parking lights are vleds(forgot which one though lol).

Aftermarket HID capsules are hit and miss. There's no real gold standard with aftermarket companies when it comes to Kelvin rating and associated color. Everybody's a tad different. My 3000K fogs are like a lot of other peoples' - they take a second to get warmed up and then give off yellow. At first they have a hint of green. I'd give them time to break in and colorshift before I took them out and changed them. Sometimes they just need a break-in period.
