the oem lip kit does not extend the lines of the car, but rather changes them.

the vertex lip does. see iSuxeL's car.

you'll get a different answer from a different person; what you choose for your 2is should be up to you and not others.

The Vertex is definitely more sexy than the GFX kit. It provides a lower look to the vehicle on a whole whereas the GFX kit is more conservative and retains the same OEM height.

Calvin is selling his Vertex kit in TP in the classifieds.

hmmm, IMO, the vertex looks like a snow plow :P lol not hating on anyone who has it but I don't really like it...depends what kind of look you want I suppose. The GFX is a really subtle lip kit while the vertex is kind of in your face, at least the front is. up to you

Vertex hands down. If you have the money, buy it.

If you truly want something, save up for it and be patient till you are able to buy what you want. You'll be 10times happier in the end instead of settling.

Edit: BTW call Clark at VIP Auto Salon and tell him John from FL sent you, he'll hook you up.

This man speaks the truth, far too many times people that mod car can't wait to the that next mod and instead of getting and saving for what they really want they get the 2nd best thing. Don't get me wrong the GFX kit is a great kit but the Vertex gives the 2IS that extra . I personaly have the GFX kit on my car and love it but my IS is just my daily I have another car that I whor3 out.

I think if you want a stocky look (kit) get the GFX, but if you want a clean and sleek kit get the Vertex or Fabulous, but if you want a aggressive kit get the Wald or Ings+1 or if you really want to be different get the new kit from Artisan(body kit not lip kit). It all depends how much you wanna spend. btw their are Replica's out there! GL with your choice
