I want to do the same thing to my IS250 but wallet is limited. Where did you buy the bumper? Exhaust tips?

Sounds stupid but who did you or how did you contact Lexus japan for the other parts? Local dealership are biting my arm off for the rest of the parts!

What is the complete list of part numbers for this conversion from an '09? I am really interested.

Thanks ahead of time!

I have successfully completed the project and all installation photos and DIY guide are provided below.

Firstly, i would like to thank everyone on this forum who advised me throughout my planning. A special huge thanks goes to Joe Z and Javier for the expert advice.

The total cost of this conversion including the charges for painting the bumper at a bodyshop was $1,080. I purchased all the parts except the bumper from Lexus Japan and hence made quite a saving.

The exact cost breakdown is:

Bumper Cover with Parking Sensor Holes:
------
$320
------

Bodyshop Painting:
------
$240
------

2x Exhaust Tips
2x Reflectors
2x Towhook Covers
2x Lower retainer brackets
-------------------------
$520
-------------------------

Here are the pictures from start to finish.

Test fitting to make sure bumper will fit before placing order for the most expensive parts.

Tailpipe has to be cut short, this is how long it is:

Hi sorry to dig this out from the grave dude, but can you perhaps share with me the position of your muffler tip with regards to the ISF stacked tips? Was it pointed straight at the ISF lower tip or somewhere in the middle of the 2?
