Exclamation Need HID advice/help trouble shooting!

hey guys, recently i took my is 250 to the dealership for 3 recalls, of course they managed to mess up one of my HID fog lights (driver side). When i turn them on the driver side flickers then turns off. I opened the small compartment on the driver side and i toggle between the connectors for the HID light and the ballasts itself, the tip of the light would flash but it would immediately turn off. I thought it was a loose connection, but i pushed the connectors all the way in ( i know the terminals are opposite) and a flash occurred for a second then disappeared. I don't know if its the ballast or the light, help is much appreciated thankyou!

Its the light. To check swap the left fog light with the the right fog light. If it still doesnt work then its the ballast.

Blue stick near the light?
You mean the return wire of the HID bulb, that is coated in ceramic? (Sometimes blue, othertimes white or something else)

If that's broken, there's your problem. Get a new bulb
