Default IS350 fog light problem!!

i am trying to change my fog light to HID i bought a set of hid 35w and install it but it wont light up but when i installed into a different car it light up right the way. i am thinking might be my fuse problem but when i put the stock one non hid back in it light up so i have no idea what happen... this is the second HID kit i bought and install already.. can anyone help and tell me what happen?? thank you

Try turning the connector around. The part that comes from the ballast and plugs into your OEM harness. I had to do that and so have others.

Let see some picture of what kind of kit your using? and the end plugs?

is some jdm xenon kit from ebay got it for 65 shipped.. but looks really well made. i used VVME before but their quality is horrible so i returned it.

i just installed my ddm tunning kit and had to do the same thing the others were saying...turned the connecter plug the other way and it worked. then just zip tied it so it stays connected for sure

I recommend MTEC from Steve at Onspire (steve@onspire.com). I've had them for three years for both lows and fogs. Only had a problem when some rain shorted the ballast, but that was my fault. Great customer service too. I got the 6000K color. It's pretty much pure white, more cool in temp than 5000Ks.

I've done quite a few kits on on many cars from ddmtuning to xenondepot to xentec to other brands I can't remember. But all and I mean ALL the connectors had to be turned around. I wonder why is that? As long as it works I guess.
