Want to replace subwoofer on my 2IS

hey guys ive done alo of research but i could not find a good recommendation to a subwoofer that would go flush in the stock subwoofer frame in the back of my 2IS. I want bass that is like the logitech z5300, that kind of subwoofer is not over the top but provides deep rich bass that doesnt hurt your head, also i hear clanking noise when ever the stock sub wants to pump out high frequency bass, another problem too lol

i got a JL W 12 12" and a JL 1000/1 amp.... i need a new box for my W7 but its so big anyone know a good spot in the trunk to have a custom box so itll sit nice and flush ?
