Default Michealin Tires

We just picked our car up on Monday. 09 IS250 Smoky Granite Mica, AWD,Michelin tires, Navigation,Headlamp washers,Premium Luxury Plus package,Premium Package,Rear Lip Spoiler,All weather mats, and Preferred Accessory Package.
10 miles on the odometer.

I took it back to the dealer yesterday to get a state inspection sticker and registration.
This morning my Wife went to leave to go to the store and came back in saying there is a tire low as the warning came on. I checked all four tires with a gauge and the right rear was at 20 lbs.
Filled it back up and sprayed some soapy water on it and saw a sheet rock screw hanging out of the side wall on the back side of the tire.
I called the dealer and they will have to order it as they have never seen the Michelin Pilot MXM4 tires on a IS250. The only tire they stock is the MXV4(are not Pilots).
Does anybody else have these tires on their 250?

I would buy or order the tire through Costco. They will probably save you some money.

Discount Tire is my tire shop of choice. BTW, they will negotiate. Don't buy through the dealer

Actually they are giving me a tire for $216, about the same as our discount tire dealer "Town Fair Tire". Plus I get to have a IS250 as a loaner until the tire arrives. I am just wondering if anybody else has these tires. Most I have seen came with Bridgestone Potenza.

At least on the bright side, you won't have one new tire and three old ones.

Or price it on Discount, get your local shop (if they are good) to come close on the price.

Discount Tire and Cosco are all good choices. I usually shop around town. Next time you might try your local tire shop, you might be amazed on the deals available. Dealers are usually going to be more expensive. Good luck with the repairs.
