Question Do I need new tires? What is the best tire choice for 2007 lexus is250?

Since the tire pressure went on for many times. I sent my car to firestone today. They said I need to replace all 4 tires because the inner tires have been worn a lot. The tires that I am using are Yokuhama advan sport a/s 245/40R18 97Y.

Those are the same tires I have on my '08. Best tires that I have used so far. How many miles are on yours? Whatever you purchase, make sure they are XL load rated. Tire shops will tell you it doesn't matter but Lexus calls for such a high running tire pressure anything but will cup in the middle of the tread. SL load rating is only designed for up to 35psig while XL is rated for 41psig.

About 40k on that. I think I need to replace them recently. The shop suggested me to use Dunlop signature high performance and Falken ziex ze329. I do not know which one is better.

what tires to buy depends on use (dry, wet, mixed) and your budget.
I personally like using Michelin tires on my cars which hardly see rain, but we do get occasional downpours (like today in CA).

Of the two they suggested i'd go with the Falken's. The only tires i've never had a problem with have been Michelins, the set i have on now have been great. They'd be my go-to but are a bit pricier than the average. Toyo's have been the absolute worst i've tried.

Well, the TPMS coming on has nothing to do with abnormal tire wear. You may well need new tires but you have other problems with your TPMS (probably batteries run down).

The tire that I am using should have longer life. Are you using the Falken right now? How do you feel?

But the tire pressure was truly low when I add the air.

I'd vote against the Falkens. I got my 2IS with those on the front - the braking performance isn't impressive, and they're not confidence inspiring under sharp cornering.

Anyone have an opinion on Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ vs Pirelli Cinturato P7 Plus? I've heard many good things about the Pirellis

I once had Michelin Pilot A/S. I only used them for the front as a longevity test before plopping over a grand on tires. I wouldn't recommend them. They got hard fast and started to come apart in chunks. I tried to make a warranty claim but was denied because the belts weren't showing.

Goodyear tires are known to get hard fast which creates a lot of road noise.

If anyone is OK with mixing tire brands, The OEM Bridgstones that my car originally had from the factory lasted 70k miles on the rear. The fronts only lasted 30k so I would only recommend them for rear tires. They are kind of expensive for the rear. The last time I looked they were around $360 each but you should be able to go through two sets of front tires before needing to replace the rear which would make it cheaper overall.
