Issue with car - do I have grounds for warranty repair?
After test driving the IS-C and loving their cool-ed seats, I noticed that my cooled seat sucks. My back is always hot and sticky and not cooled, then I noticed that my passenger seat has cooling in the back down to the mid back and mine doesn't I lean in and can hear the fan, and when I push down on the seat I can feel a tiny breeze, but the passenger seat is cool to the touch You think they will find that a good reason to repair or replace for me?
Also the Lexus interior cleaner, I bought that and it says its safe to clean any plastic, leather and vinyl surface. And I noticed that the over spray got on my dash, and now it is corroding the clear plastic on my speedo, it is ugly as hell, and it looks like water stain + condensation on the inside but its actually corrosion and etched into the plastic
What should I tell/do with the dealer to make sure they help me fix those defects?
Thanks

2007 IS250 AWD, 55k miles, bought it pre owned CPO at 27k miles. CPO warranty expires at either 100k miles, or 2010.
Basically full service, from before CPO (I would assume so), and I did the 30k service, and then oil change every 5k miles and filter change without doing their "packages" at the dealer.
I am lowered on F sport springs done by a shop, and running on aftermarket wheels without TPMS (which one of them malfunction now... and I don't think I can get them to replace either :/). Also have GFX lip installed by myself, and Tanabe exhaust installed myself with friends as well.

No, if you listen to your seat (put your ears against it), there is a fan in the bottom cushion, near the lower thigh, and then another (possibly 2 fans), one in the upper back, right below the shoulder strip area, and another one in the middle back, about half a foot off the butt cushion.
