Pretty much like a clear bra. I wonder how light glares to it and how water rolls of of it when it rains.

 

yea just like a clear bra but i think its lot stronger then clear bra.

 

Just a thought:
I am not sure how much the windshield protector cost. However, I would rather pay a bit more on the insurance to reduce the comprehensive deductible, down to $50 or $0. If the windshield got a crack, insurance normally fix it for free. Or you can pay minimal amount on the deductible to replace new (assuming non-repairable).

I replaced mine once and it cost $1200 at the dealer. I paid $50
