I just found out about a new product for windshield protection that was demonstrated to the San Diego Region Porsche Club. I'm not sure if they have the pattern(s) available for the IS350 but they do show it available for Lexus models. Here are some links. It sounds very interesting to prevent rock damage to the windshield. I tried to get something like this on my Porsche years ago but it wasn't available at the time.

So it's like a clear bra for the windshield? I always thought it might be a good idea but wasn't so sure if the wipers would slide smoothly with the "clear skin".

 

sweet I'm interested. especially since our ISx50's have thin windshieds
