Default Does Mark Levingson suck that much???

I have a problem with my Mark Levingson system and wanted to ask if you are experiencing the same problem. This is now the third speaker that blew and it has never been the same one. My ca is out of warranty and wtf can I do. I payed some fkn much money because I wanted the awoyd situations like those and here we are. I had never this problem with my Harman Kardon system in my BMW. IS THIS NORMAL????

The loudest that I have been going is 42 and I have the bass in the middle in the settings. I have lost the rear left speaker in the door which was replaced. The main bass in the trunk which was replaced and now the litle one in the back. I am paying quite a large amount for this system and I expect quality.

Wow 42 is really loud. At most mine is at 22~26

Maybe you should consider upgrading to higher spec's speakers?

Hmm. Must be different with mine because mine is a euro car. Are there possibilities that there might be difference?

I've got ML and have spent extensive time in a non ML car. The ML has MUCH better highs, mids, and separation of sound. The center channel also has an enormous presence and it also plays DVD's. As soon as I get around to it, I'll do the mod to play DVD's while in motion.

However, the bass is pretty wack, as is the non Ml sub. I guess the bass is okay for most, but there's definite room for improvement.

I do bump my music at level 40+ most of the time and have had no issues.
