Hey guys, quick question, I was planning on picking up a set of Works vs-xx. The specs are 19x8.5+19 19x9.5+29. Would these fit the 2IS ?

not really just about how wide the wheels is... more about the offset and width together. i honestly dont know what is safe without fender mod. Im assuming 19x9.5 +35 would be a safe guess.... just guessing though.

You might not need it with +29.... +22 we all know is flush so..... yea

Just picked up a 06 IS250 RWD for the girlfriend. Thinking of putting on some TE37s I have from my last car. they are 18x9.5 +22 and 18x10.5 + 22. Is anybody running something similar? With fender rolling and 235/35 front 245/35 rear will I be ok?

its going to be dropped on Tein S Techs.

go for 225/40 for the fronts and 235/35 rears. you will rub less. and yes, you should be fine with rolled/shaved fenders.
