Default About aerotect film

Was just wondering in case you did **** up and do have a few airbubbles inside, does it ever go away?

yes, just let it sit in the sun for couple days and it will eventually go away. =D

i have aerotect on mine right now.

yeah it's alil like tinting your windows it takes some time to completely dry. If it doesn't dry take it back and they'll fix it for you. They did that for my headlight overlays.

if it doesn't go away, you can use a medical syringe to poke it and suck out the air.

that's pretty much what francisco did with mine. Poked it with a needle and squeezed the water out with the plastic blade. Then heated up the area with the heatgun to dry it out.

francisco is the man. i had the pleasure of meeting him in person and checking out the aerotect shop earlier this year. it's a great shop.

No it doesn't cause I have bubbles and it NEVER went away. And before you guys even ask, yes I put it on right, its not hard to put it on the fogs.

awww cause one side of my headlamps have a few bubbles =[, but my foglight ones did disappear lol

poke the bubble with a pin and then use a heatgun and smooth it out

i had the exact same problem. My driver side overlay had some small bubbles trapped. So fran just poked it and squeezed it out and did the heatgun thing.

Which one is better? I tried either aerotect or rvinyls a couple of years ago and I took it off right away because the red was too dark (and looked cheap), and I also couldn't get the bubbles out (my fault). But I think I chose the wrong brand. Which one is the better one to get? I can't remember which one I got because I just went to both of their websites and they both look familiar...

The amber is UGLY.
