Clearbra?
Is clearbra easy to take it off? Will it damage the paint when you take the clearbra few years later?
Also whats the estimate cost for clear bra + professional installation service? Recommend shop for me
I live in Los Angeles
Oh also which product is better?
1. Pro-tect Film http://www.pro-tectfilm.com/ ( I think they use Avery)
2. 3M

Ventureshield is actually better then 3m. It doesn't turn yellow over time. There's been a couple threads about this same topic over the last couple of weeks so if you do a quick search i'm sure u'll find plenty of info.
I have had both 3m and the ventureshield on cars and neither turns colors and both held up just fine. I am getting my wifes car wrapped on Monday and will find out what my guy is using now and post back. Any of them can turn colors or fade through time. If you have a good reputable place do it for you they will replace it if you have trouble down the road. I have mine done as wholesale by the same place the does all the upscale dealers around here.

Looks great.
I had the whole hood done to eliminate the edge line on the hood which on white is a pain to keep clean.
I do have edge lines on the small piece on the fenders, though.
As far as yellowing,my installer says and I've read Ventureshield will outlast 3M.He installs both and recommended the Ventureshield.
He says all clear bras will yellow.
Ventureshield with proper cleaning and adding a abrasive free polymer sealant often like Zaino,Rejex etc will go 7 years before it starts to yellow.
BTW,3M bought Ventureshield but the vinyl is still different.

yes all clear bra's can potentially yellow over time. But some are definitely more prone to yellowing then others as the guys over at aerotect explained it. With proper cleaning with some detailing spray or Plexus Plastic Cleaner since you cannot wax the film it should last a very long time. Although it seems like some people do still wax it still...
Note not all installer are the same. Some will wrap the film around the edges, while others will only cut it at the edge. Some will have more "orange peel" effect then others. So definitely do your research and ask lots of questions before committing to a installer.

Just look at their gallery and you know what they are all about. I used to hate the look of clear bras because everyone I've seen from NoCal to SoCal never looked that great. I eventually gave in to the clear bra becaue I bought a new car and hated rock chips and repaints. I did some research, saw some more work in person and decided to use these guys. Their service and installations are the best I've seen, and I've certainly seen a lot. Hope this helps.

I had the clear bra by 3M on my car for about 2 years. (not this car but my G35 coupe). I'm very **** about keeping my car clean and stuff. After about a year and half...the clear bra was not so clear and you could clearly tell that I had some sort of film on the front of my car.
Because of that, I opted not to do it on my current car.
I know its easier on silver cars and grey and stuff but on black (from just my experience), I would say don't do it.
